As a marketing leader turned holistic health practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand how imbalance affects every part of our lives: energy, clarity, and connection. My own journey has taken me through motherhood of three beautiful humans; a 15 years-long corporate career, followed by a massive career shift to working in healthcare (specifically neurophysiology); and many opportunities to discover and integrate a holistic path toward wellness.
